The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me right away. My room felt new and tidy. Enjoyed the smart home features, especially the automated toilet seat – it was a fun touch! The location offered easy access to nearby shops. Parking was affordable which made it convenient for exploring Naha. However, breakfast left much to be desired. Only limited options available. A sandwich or a pastry every day didn’t quite cut it. Felt cramped in the room at times with not much space to move around. Despite these setbacks, the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

This was just an appropriate option for a budget stay in Naha with great value. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, which made my stay much more comfortable. Check out the nearby convenience store for snacks instead of relying on the hotel breakfast.

Room size felt cramped for two!!! One coffee and one sandwich at breakfast is not enough!!! An electric kettle should be standard in each room!!! Some staff should really learn English for better communication!!!

Right next door, Shimagyu serves up some of the best beef around, and the chill vibe at Terrace Blue Okinawa is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The room designs are compact yet clever, maximizing every inch, and the smart home systems are a nifty touch that made my stay fun!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Prince Smart Inn Naha. The hotel is clean and modern. The self-check-in system was easy and intuitive. I appreciated the availability of lockers for storing luggage and the complimentary hot water station in the lobby.

The location is excellent with eateries nearby and it's just an 8-minute walk to the port. Attentive staff made a lasting impression, particularly one who recognized us on our return visit. The hotel remains reliable during extreme weather, ensuring comfort even during a typhoon. Freshly brewed coffee in the lobby is a nice touch, enhancing the overall experience.

Additionally, accessing the parking was problematic, as it required extra time and coordination with the staff to use the elevator system each time I needed my car.

I had a great stay for 3 nights, with a comfy big room and a nice waterfall shower option. The breakfast sandwiches were surprisingly tasty! Just wish they had real cutlery instead of plastic cups.
